It was the illness that was caused food that was contaminated by the organism like the E. bacteria coli, salmonela, hepatitis and listeria. This organism was found in various food kinds like meat, the egg, rice, vegetables, milk and sea food.
According to Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the USA, foodborne illnesses caused 325,000 people to enter the hospital and 5000 people died every year. The sign of this illness including diarrhoea, nausea, vomited, the fever and the headache. The sign could emerge in time half of the hour, several days until for weeks after mengonsumsi food that was contaminated, depended how many the organism that polluted this food. To learn what organism kind that was responsible, was needed by the laboratory test.
